Common questions

My sign-in code didn't come. Check your junk folder for Nest (codes@nestcollege.app) and mark it "Not junk." Codes expire after an hour, so tap Resend code if it's been a while.

My room chat isn't open. Someone has to confirm you live there: your RA, or a roommate who's already confirmed. Ask them to check Nest.

I picked the wrong room. Tap your picture, then Change my room.

Someone is bothering me. Press and hold their message to report it, or open their profile to block them. Your RA sees reports from your floor.

I want to delete my account. Tap your picture, then Delete my account. Everything you posted is removed.
